Background: flare always had an interest in fire. His family (Family of non risk takers) told him to stay away from fire,  he didnt listen. one day he brought a book of fire tomes off a strange man and accidently turned his family into ash and his whole home was burned but insted of trying to stop it his face lit up with glee to see everything burning to ash and since then he has enjoyed burning everything in sight. He also carry's around a lighter with a transmute symbal on it incase he needs it.

details: one of the first leading the charge into battle and steal the enemy resources and burn buildings and resources

History: as well as fire flare was also into military tactics of the past to improve his skills in battle through the use of tactics to out smart his foes making him even more valuable in combat scenarios. Upon seeing his strategical prowess in battle he was approached by a local militia to join there forces as a strategist in exchange they would prove him with a place to rest his head to which flare agreed however after a job went wrong he was captured by the army who agreed to release him if he helped with a task of eliminating them to which the battle was won thanks to his brilliant tactics and well placed fire attack. After the battle he was offered a place as the army's raid captain to which he agreed.

Air transmutation is more like a freeform. Change the ignition blast to include damage as well as reduce the Cooldown. Its top high for a simple attack. Also tell how big the area is.For pinpoint burst change the startup to like 8 and make the Cooldown 5. Try to be more descriptive as well. Also your strength can't be left at 0. Every stat other than sense needs at least 5
